For logo-based layouts, a high-resolution transparent PNG usually gives the cleanest result. JPG, PNG, and WebP are accepted; SVG files are not accepted by this private preview. Presets are visual planning tools, not production proofs.

A square, high-resolution file gives the greatest flexibility. Transparent areas display against white in this preview. Snaps of Harmony will review the supplied production artwork separately before printing.

The online designer helps communicate the idea. The quote and production review confirm what will actually be printed.

Request a quote
Share the event date, city or venue, intended use, and whether a photo booth or support stand is also needed.
Submit final artwork
After the scope is confirmed, provide the final file through the method supplied by the team. The designer does not upload it.
Review production details
Snaps of Harmony reviews the artwork and applicable production details separately before printing.
Ownership, setup & stand
Know what happens after printing
You may keep the custom-printed backdrop after the event. When Snaps of Harmony is providing the event photo booth, the team sets up the backdrop with the booth.
The support stand is not included with the printed backdrop. If you need one, request it as a separate item in the quote. A custom backdrop may also be ordered without booking a photo booth.

Is a custom-printed backdrop included with a photo booth package?
No. The five premium 8 by 8 designs and fifteen sequin choices are included without an additional backdrop fee, subject to availability. A custom-printed 8 by 8 backdrop is a separate quote-based option.
Can a company logo or brand colours be used?
Yes. Approved logos, brand colours, campaign artwork, event names, and other supplied design elements can guide the custom backdrop. Final production artwork is reviewed separately before printing.
Can I keep the custom backdrop after the event?
Yes. The custom-printed backdrop belongs to the customer and may be kept after the event.
Will Snaps of Harmony set up the custom backdrop?
When Snaps of Harmony is providing the event photo booth, the team sets up the custom backdrop with the booth. Setup for a backdrop-only order is not included.
Is the support stand included with the printed backdrop?
No. The support stand is not included with the printed backdrop. A stand may be added to the custom quote when one is needed.
Can I request a custom backdrop without booking a photo booth?
Yes. You can request a quote for a custom backdrop with or without a Snaps of Harmony photo booth booking.
Does the online preview count as a production proof?
No. The staged mockup and concept proof are planning previews only. Snaps of Harmony reviews the final artwork and production requirements separately before printing.
